Conditions of Use

All X Proyects plugins are provided for use on Minecraft Java Edition servers running compatible server software (SpigotMC 1.8.8+, PaperMC, Folia). Before installing any plugin, ensure your server meets the minimum requirements specified on the plugin's distribution page. Plugins must be installed following the official documentation provided in the X Proyects Wiki. Improper installation may result in errors, conflicts, or unexpected behavior. X Proyects is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation or configuration.

X Proyects plugins are free to use for both personal and commercial Minecraft servers. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the plugins subject to the following conditions: • FREE TO USE: You may use, configure, and modify plugin settings on your server without charge. • NOT TO RESELL: You may not sell, rent, lease, or commercially distribute the plugins or any modified versions without explicit written permission from the X Proyects team. • ATTRIBUTION: You must retain all original copyright notices and license headers in any distributed copies. • MODIFICATIONS: You may modify the plugin source code for personal server use. Distribution of modified versions requires adherence to the original license and clear attribution. • BUNDLING: Including X Proyects plugins in server packages or modpacks is permitted as long as the plugins remain free and properly attributed.

When using X Proyects plugins on your Minecraft server, you agree to the following: • Ensure the plugins are used in compliance with the Minecraft EULA (End User License Agreement). • Do not use the plugins to facilitate cheating, hacking, or any form of exploitation on multiplayer servers without proper authorization. • Maintain a backup of your server data before installing or updating any plugin. • Do not hold X Proyects responsible for any data loss, corruption, or server downtime caused by plugin usage. • Respect the intellectual property rights of the plugin developers and do not misrepresent the origin of the software. • Server owners are responsible for configuring plugins appropriately for their specific server environment and player community.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, X PROYECTS AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLUGINS. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, server downtime, loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if X Proyects has been advised of the possibility of such damages. X Proyects' total liability arising from or related to these Conditions shall not exceed the amount of one hundred US dollars ($100.00).

These Conditions of Use are originally written in English. In the event of any dispute or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. X Proyects provides Spanish translations of legal documents as a courtesy to our Spanish-speaking community. However, the English version remains the authoritative and legally binding text.
