By downloading, installing, or using any plugin developed by X Proyects ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our plugins. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and X Proyects. Your continued use of any plugin after the publication of modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.

X Proyects develops and distributes free, open-source Minecraft server plugins designed to enhance server functionality, performance, and user experience. Our plugins are built for the Java Edition of Minecraft and are compatible with server software such as SpigotMC, PaperMC, and Folia. Our current plugin catalog includes X-Commands, X-SetSpawn, X-Socials, X-SetWarps, X-ClearLag, X-Rooms, and X-Chat. Plugins are distributed through SpigotMC, Modrinth, and GitHub.

As a user of X Proyects plugins, you agree to: • Use the plugins only on Minecraft Java Edition servers for their intended purpose. • Not use the plugins for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. • Not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the plugin code for malicious purposes. • Not redistribute the plugins under a different name or claim ownership of the original work. • Report any bugs or security vulnerabilities through our official Discord server or GitHub issues. • Comply with the license terms specified for each plugin on their respective distribution pages.

All plugins, source code, documentation, logos, and associated materials created by X Proyects are the intellectual property of their respective authors within the X Proyects team. The plugins are released under their respective open-source licenses as specified on SpigotMC and GitHub. You may not: • Remove or alter copyright notices, license headers, or attribution information. • Use the X Proyects name, logo, or branding without explicit written permission. • Create derivative works and distribute them as official X Proyects plugins. Third-party libraries and dependencies used in our plugins remain the property of their respective authors and are subject to their own licenses.

THE PLUGINS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. X Proyects does not guarantee that: • The plugins will function uninterrupted or error-free on all server configurations. • The plugins will be compatible with every other plugin or server modification. • Support will be provided at any specific time or in any specific manner. • Updates will be released on any particular schedule. Use of the plugins is at your own risk. X Proyects shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, server issues, or other consequences arising from the use or inability to use our plugins.

X Proyects reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page. We encourage users to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of X Proyects plugins following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
