Imagine a player reports that their area is very unstable (lagging) due to some redstone machines or massive, poorly optimized mob farms.
Instead of using /xcl clear and clearing entities for the entire server (which would annoy other players and could ruin their normal mechanics), you should do the following:
- Go to the area where the player is reporting the lag.
- Run
/xcl inspect. A GUI menu will open showing exactly which nearby chunks are abusing entities and what type they are. - You can teleport directly from that menu, or use
/xcl clearchunk <w> <x> <z>to clear only the entities in ๊ทธ problematic chunk without affecting anyone else on the rest of your server.
